Course on agility and digital environments for educational innovation

The challenges of today’s academic world require new demands to adapt and be able to respond to the needs of a more digital student body, which requests the particularization of their interests according to their skills in order to develop; and this requires an environment that combines motivation, autonomy, collaboration, responsibility and efficiency in the learning process.

This situation is placing university professors in front of a great challenge, that of innovating in the educational process with hybrid, face-to-face and remote training modalities. The consequences of all these changes generate the need to use new methods, tools and resources to reach students and to be able to transmit the contents, competencies and skills that they already need today and will possibly multiply in the future.

The UNESCO IESALC and Thinking With You “Agility and Digital Environments for Educational Innovation Course (AEDIE)” offers practical, dynamic and applicable training specifically designed to help teachers develop key skills to manage the challenges that arise during teamwork by incorporating agility. Our approach focuses on the meta-process, challenging participants to apply continuous improvements throughout the duration of the course that have a direct impact on their day-to-day work with students. We want to empower teachers to become active agents of change, able to nimbly adapt to the needs of the educational environment.
