Fifth Public Consultation CRES+5 Axis 12.2: The Future of Higher Education in the Caribbean – “Decolonizing Caribbean higher education.”

As part of the preparatory works for the Regional Conference on Higher Education (CRES+5), scheduled for March 2024 in Brasilia, we call on networks, higher education institutions, interested groups and all parties involved in the field of higher education to join the Public Consultation of Thematic Axis 12.2: The Future of Higher Education in the Caribbean that will address the topic: “Decolonizing Caribbean higher education.”
The consultation will take place on Wednesday, January 10, 2023 at 9:30h (Jamaica time) | 10:30h (GMT-4, Caracas).
The proposals and priorities identified by the participants will be an integral part of the working document generated by axis 12.2 and will contribute to the construction of the final declaration of CRES+5.
We count on the participation of all stakeholders interested in the topic, in order to enrich the debate, the vision and the contributions of the Caribbean to the collective construction of CRES+5 and the regional priorities on Higher Education for the next five years.
The event will be held in English and Spanish.
