14th Keynote Conference of the SINAES Chair: Higher education in the current context of the economic, social and academic crisis

On October 20, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Costa Rica time GMT-6), the Fourteenth Edition of the SINAES Chair’s Master Conference was held on the theme: “Higher education in the face of the economic, social and educational crisis in the current context”. The speaker was Dr. Francesc Pedró, Director of the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC)
The expert urged a rethinking of universities, seeking global citizens prepared to face complex challenges, knowledge and open science through transdisciplinarity and promoting higher education institutions oriented towards social commitment, ethical responsibility and sustainable development.
