The event will be attended by Miriam Alpizar, Vice Minister of Higher Education of Cuba; Yuri Pérez Martínez, Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Havana; Victor Moriñigo, Rector at the National University of San Luis and President of the Conference of Rectors at ENLACES; and Francés Pedró, UNESCO IESALC Director.
