The First Ibero-American Congress on Quality Assurance in Higher Education: Trends in Online Education will address the latest trends and emerging approaches in online education, key international and national regulatory frameworks and innovative experiences implemented by leading higher education institutions worldwide.

- Trends and Approaches in Online Education: Exploring New Frontiers. It explores the strategic trends that are revolutionising higher education policy, with the aim of empowering and elevating educational quality to new levels.
- Global Regulations in Online Education: Ensuring Quality and Equity. Learn about the international regulations that ensure quality in online education. Drive educational excellence by mastering and applying these key regulations, ensuring inclusive and high-level learning.
- Excellence in Online Higher Education: Keys to the Future. Dive into the key elements that define quality in online higher education, learning from the experiences of leading universities that are making a difference.
The event is organised by the Universidad Andrés Bello and sponsored by the Chilean Ministry of Education. On Wednesday 16 October, from 9:50 am to 10:15 am, Yuma Inzoila, Director of Capacity Development at UNESCO IESALC, will participate. ‘Strategies for Digital Transformation and Inclusion in Higher Education: Lessons from UNESCO’.
