Role of UNESCO Chairs in building a sustainable future for all

The “Role of UNESCO Chairs in building a sustainable future for all” aims to present the main objectives of UNESCO in relation to the SDGs and higher education to address current challenges. More specifically, it aims to highlight the role of UNESCO Chairs in the current transformations and the construction of a sustainable future for all. The event will also present the contributions of the four UNED UNESCO Chairs.
This conference is planned as a satellite event prior to the III Regional Meeting of AIESAD (Ibero-American Association for Higher Distance Education), to be held on September 27-29, 2023 at UNED.
Francesc Pedró, UNESCO IESALC director, will present the paper: “The contribution of UNESCO Chairs to the roadmap for the transformation of higher education” on September 26, from 10.15h to 11.00h (Madrid time, Spain (GMT+2)).
