II Public Consultation – Axis 3: Higher education, internationalization and regional integration in Latin America and the Caribbean: strategic programs

With a view to the Regional Conference on Higher Education (CRES+5), scheduled for March 2024 in Brasilia, we call on networks, higher education institutions, stakeholders and all parties involved in the field of higher education to join the virtual Public Consultations that are part of the preparations for this important event.
The second public consultation of Axis 3, entitled “Higher education, internationalization and regional integration in Latin America and the Caribbean: strategic programs”, is scheduled for December 15, 2023, at 12:00 hours in Brazil, Argentina and Chile, at 11:00 hours in Venezuela, at 10:00 hours in Panama, Bogota, Quito, Kingston, Lima, and at 9:00 hours in Mexico and Central America. During this event, a constructive dialogue will be opened among all participants, with moderation by the consultants supervising the work of this axis.
