SINAES IX Virtual Academic Meeting

Within the framework of the IX Virtual Academic Meeting of the National System of Accreditation of Higher Education of Costa Rica (SINAES), José Antonio Quinteiro Goris, programme coordinator at UNESCO IESALC, will present a conference on the UNESCO Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean. The presentation will cover the first and second generation conventions led by UNESCO, the obstacles that hindered their implementation, as well as the benefits of ratifying this regional instrument, among others.
